FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder 225 g

The FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder, also known as Bäckerstärke in Germany is a very fine potato starch. This roll out powder is very suitable for rolling out fondant, marzipan and dough. But you can also use it to dust your silicone molds. The starch will prevent sticking of your fondant and marzipan to the surface you work on. And will make it easier to get your decoration out of moulds. Use a fine sieve or dusting pouch for equal distribution.
