The FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes makes it so easy for you to create those perfectly even, flat and moist cupcakes we are all looking for. Their golden brown colour and vanilla taste will make you want to eat them right away, but wait! The cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant, marzipan or swirls and rosettes of buttercream. Getting into a creative flow? Than use this baking mix to prepare mini cupcakes, cake pops, a loaf cake or a round cake. And add the FunCakes flavour pastes or FunColours colourings to vary with tastes and colours. It all works and it's all just as delicious and fun to make.

• Only add eggs and butter to create these fluffy, moist and nicely golden brown cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavour, but can be given unique flavour explosions with the FunCakes flavour pastes.
• You can use this cake mix to prepare delicious cupcakes, but also mini cupcakes or a loaf cake! All of confectioner's quality.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: 500 g mix, 250 g (cream) butter and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix the ingredients on low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups, use an icecream scoop to half fill the cups with batter. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for approx. 18-20 minutes. Going for mini cupcakes? With 500 g Mix for Cupcakes you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes.
Or do you prefer a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
