LorAnn Bakery Emulsion - Caramel - 118 ml

The LorAnn Proffesional Bakery Emulsions distinguish themselves from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The emulsions are particulary suitable for use in more extreme environments as they can be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choice for bringing superb flavour to cakes, biscuits, cookies, and fillings such as icing and desserts.

This caramel baking emulsion has a delicious caramel flavour. Add silky-smooth, rich caramel flavor in your baked goods, frostings and more. Use it just like you would a caramel baking extract—with better results!

Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
