Sugarflair - Max Concentrate Paste Colour WHITE EXTRA 400 g

Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Colours, for easy colouring. Gives fondant and marzipan a rich colour with a small amount of food colouring.

White colourings without titanium dioxide take the yellow edge away, they will help brighten sugar paste and will help in reducing the yellow tinge in buttercream and chocolate.

Instructions: colour in small amounts by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it. The knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. Add more paste for a richer colour.

Maximum usable dose: 4.7 g/kg.

Suitable for all water-based foods.
