Its firm texture makes it perfect for modelling figures. The paste is smooth, firm and the paste can be modelled for an extended time without drying. The modelling paste can be coloured using food colourings.

Ingredients: sugar, starch (potato), glucose, cocoa butter, water, xanthan gum, glycerine, emulsifier: E401, starch (corn), guar grain flour, citric acid, flavouring, preservative: E202.
