How do we use isomalt in cake decorating?

Because isomalt doesn’t lose its colour or shine when it’s melted, it’s a beautiful product to make decorations with. When it’s completely fluent, isomalt can easily be poured into silicone molds to create all kinds of shapes and figures. Before you do so, always check if your silicone molds can indeed be exposed to these high temperatures! You can also choose to heat isomalt until a state where it is kneadable instead of completely fluent, so that you can knead it into every desired shape.
