Shipping
At CakeSupplies we assume that your order will reach you in perfect condition. Packages are delivered by courier service called PostNL. Large orders (the starting weight depends on the country of destination) can also be delivered by pallet transport. Pallet shipment prices depend on weight and destination and are visible the checkout. Please contact our customer service for more information about our different freight costs. We aim to ship your order the next working day if it is placed before 12:00 PM. For NL & BE: Your order will be delivered the next working day if the order is placed before 10.00 AM. In the checkout you also have the option to choose your delivery day.
On the day we dispatch your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the dispatch of your order with a copy of the invoice in PDF format. When you receive this e-mail, your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days to your address in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, for most other countries delivery time can be up to 3-7 working days.

* For Portugal above 20 kg the shipping costs are € 15,00 + €1,20 per 5 kg.
** For Spain above 20 kg the shipping costs are € 10,50 + €0,60 per 5 kg.
Nobody home / Business closed?
If a package cannot be delivered to you on Monday to Saturday (for packages), you will receive an email with information about the pickup location where your order has been taken. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to CakeSupplies. If you want us to deliver your order afterwards, we will charge the shipping costs again.
Delivery to an alternative address
If you are mostly away on working days, you can create an alternative delivery address in your online account. When completing your order, you then choose delivery to that address.
Stating your preference
We are always glad to help you get your order as soon as possible. If you have a preference for a certain delivery day, please state your preference in the 'remarks' section of your order, so that we can dispatch it on time. You can then be assured that your order gets to you on your preferred day.
Tracking your order
Did you place your order and do you want to know when it will be delivered? You can easily request a track & trace link of the carrier in your account which allows you to follow your order. To do so, choose orders in your account dashboard. Once your order gets the status completed, you can click on view order. This will open your order, after which two tabs will appear: ‘Items ordered’ and ‘Order Shipments’. In the tab order shipments you can then click on the logo of the carrier, which will forward you to the track & trace page on which you can track your order.
