FunCakes almond flour is a premium variety with excellent baking properties. It is made from 100% ground, blanched almonds, with both types containing no skins. For very delicate cookies and macarons, we recommend the extra fine FunCakes almond flour. 80% of this flour is finer than 0.8 mm. For the standard almond flour, 80% is finer than 1.5 mm. Using either type of almond flour gives cakes, cookies, and macarons a delicious almond flavor.
