Our carrier Post NL is experiencing delays for orders to Germany due to an enormous amount of shipments. In addition, shipments to Austria and Italy are delayed due to a heavy snowstorm there.
What does this mean to you:
- Customers in Germany will experience delays in the delivery of new orders and orders from the past two weeks.
- Customers in Italy and Austria will experience delays in the delivery of new orders and orders from last week.
If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, we recommend to first request the Track & Trace information of your shipment. To do so, choose orders in your account dashboard. Once your order get the status completed, you can click on view order. This will open your order, where after two tabs will appear named items ordered and order shipments. In the tab order shipments you can then click on the logo of the carrier, which will forward you to the track & trace page on which you can follow your order.
