Important warning: be careful when ordering sensitive products during the extreme heat in Southern Europe!
With summer in full swing, we would like to inform you of an important issue regarding the extreme heat in Southern Europe and its impact on some of our products. We have noticed that the temperatures in the trucks can rise significantly during transportation, creating a risk that some products may melt. In addition, please also note that these sensitive products can also melt when it is too hot in the warehouse.
While we do our best to ensure the quality of our products, it is important to emphasize that we cannot provide refrigerated transport. This can particularly affect chocolate and deco melts, among others, but we have also noticed that marshmallows are prone to melting in these conditions.
We would therefore kindly ask you to consider this risk when placing orders, especially if you live in a region where temperatures are currently high. Although we do our best to package our products as well as possible, it may not be possible to guarantee that sensitive products will fully withstand the heat during transport and in an overheated warehouse.
