We are in the middle of spring and therefore also in the middle of show season. CakeSupplies is present on various cake shows throughout Europe with her biggest brands FunCakes and Wilton. There we draw attention to our newest products and give home bakers the opportunity to taste delicious cakes and creams and raise all of their questions to our experienced demonstrators with loads of knowledge. As an online business we thankfully take this chance to meet the end users of our products face-to-face.
A public consisting of large scale consumers, experienced home bakers and enthusiastic beginners looking for information, inspiration and the latest or their first baking products gather all on cake shows throughout Europe. They are all end users for whom CakeSupplies offers a wide range of products and who we therefore happily welcome in our stands. We do so by being present ourselves on several shows, but also in cooperation with our resellers. By setting up these valuable cooperation’s we get the chance to inform and inspire all of the end users throughout Europe. This is how we were already present at the My Cake in Friedrichshafen (South-Germany), the Tortenmesse in Hamburg (North-Germany) and the Kuchenmesse in Wels (Austria) and it’s also how our brands will be visible at the Cake Sensation in Saarbrucken (Germany) and the Cake Festival in Katowice (Poland) later this year.
MjamTaart Cake & Bake Experience
Last month we exhibited at the MjamTaart Cake & Bake Experience in Rijswijk (The Netherlands), where we had our own stand and sponsored the Holland Sugar Art Show competition. Our stand filled itself with the smell of freshly baked Ruby Cake, Limoncello Cake, Low Sugar Cakes, Cupcakes and Sponge Cake of FunCakes which were decorated by our demonstrators with the Choco Enchanted Cream, buttercream flavoured with various flavour pastes and the newest sprinkles and sugar decorations. Visitors could also watch how they demonstrated the use of the new FunCakes Deco Melts. On the other side of the stand our Wilton demonstrator beautifully decorated one impressive cake after the other with the help of various Wilton tools such as the Tri Colour and the Duo Tip Coupler, the new Versa Tools, multiple moulds and fondant. Wilton products also came to life in the Unicorn and Birthday themed shelves.
Our six resellers who were also exhibiting at the show saw their sales increase by the products demonstrated by us. A run on the new FunCakes Ruby Cake grew among the visitors and also the Deco Melts were a big hit. Those who spend enough in the sales stands with FunCakes and Wilton products could pick up a very well filled goodie bag at our stand.
Cake & Bake Germany
We will set up the same successful interaction with our resellers on the 4th and 5th of May at the Cake & Bake Germany in Essen. Visitors of this show will again be surprised with live baked cakes in our tasting section, Monique Ascanelli (The Cake Topper) will demonstrate the new recipe fondant from FunCakes and people will learn all about the use of Wilton products from our demonstrator Anne-Lise Nipius. Again the sale of the products demonstrated by us is handled by various resellers at the show.
